Before I fly in, we align on exactly what you need. A discovery call covers your content goals, your space, and your audio environment. From there I build a custom gear list and sourcing guide so everything is ordered and waiting on arrival day.

A tailored equipment spec built around your room, your budget, and your content goals. Camera, audio, lighting, and accessories — everything you need, nothing you don't.
Sourcing List & Budget Breakdown
Every item linked and priced. Organized by priority so you know exactly what to order, in what order, and what it costs before we ever get on a plane.
Studio Floor Plan & Setup Brief
A simple layout plan for your space so when we arrive on Day 1, we know exactly where everything goes. No guesswork, no wasted time.
Day one is all execution. Gear is already on-site, the floor plan is set, and we get to work. By end of day you have a fully operational, professionally configured content studio — and your team knows how to run it.
Physical Setup & Installation
Full studio assembly — camera positioning, mic placement, lighting rigs, cable management, acoustic treatment, and background design. Everything installed and dialed in.
Configuration & Quality Testing
Every system calibrated and tested. Audio levels, color temperature, white balance, recording settings — all dialed for your specific space and lighting conditions.
Team Training & Studio Handoff
A full walkthrough so your team knows how to operate and maintain everything. Settings documented, workflows established. You own it when I leave.
With the studio live, Day 2 is a full creative capture session. I run the camera and direct — you focus on performing. We come out with enough raw content to keep your channels moving for a month.
Full-Day Directed Shoot
A structured shoot day with shot lists, talking points, and creative direction throughout. Camera operation, framing, lighting adjustments — all handled.
A Month of Raw Content
Enough footage across formats — long-form, short-form, product-focused, lifestyle — to give your editor a full month of source material to work from.
