Will I notice an immediate impact?
It is 100% natural consisting of hydroxide concentrate in an Aloe base with the organic orange and lemon essential oils added. There is no alcohol or other preservatives. Nothing artificial is added. Our hydroxide comes from limestone, making it completely natural.
Are there any harmful chemicals to this?
H¹O is vegetarian, gluten-free, nut-free, and caffeine-free. It is made with no animal byproducts, no artificial colors or flavors so you can feel confident with the total transparency that goes into each capsule.
How do I consume it?
H¹O is a concentrate. And one ounce is one capful. It is recommended to do one capful with at least eight ounces of water before going about your day. You can increase this to two capfuls as you continue introducing the concentrate into your system, but start with this 1:1 capful to cup ratio first. Do not drink acidic beverages, such as juice, soda or coffee for at least 30 to 40 minutes after drinking H¹O. The reason is that they will deplete the acid, eliminating the hydroxide’s potential to get into your system and do its job.
Will this cause increased urination?
At first you may experience increased urination as your body eliminates excess toxins and works to flush it out – but don’t worry – because this will decrease over time and it won’t lead to dehydration. Learning to listen to your body is the most important factor in determining how fast to increase your intake and finding the perfect balance that works for you.
